Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional educational experiences for students on our residential summer courses.

We are seeking an experienced leader with excellent management skills to join our Oxford Summer Courses team as Academic Programme Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic programme, ensuring that all course materials are delivered to the highest standards and that students receive a world-class education. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and contribute to shaping the future of our students.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in educational leadership, ideally within the education sector. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations. A clear understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures is also essential.

This role requires the ability to manage staff performance, develop junior staff members, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their problem-solving skills, think critically, and provide thoughtful solutions to complex challenges. A proven track record of using IT effectively, including email communication, group chats, and file management, is also required.
