Youth Wellbeing Advocate

A Mental Health Youth Support Worker is required to support students with emotional and learning difficulties in a school setting. This role involves providing a safe and welcoming environment for students to process their emotions and work through challenging situations.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. They will also be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
We are looking for someone who is resilient, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
What You'll Do:- Support students with emotional and learning difficulties in a school setting
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for students to process their emotions and work through challenging situations
- Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- An estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
