Response is seeking a dedicated Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will contribute to the provision of high-quality mental health services and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

**Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead shifts and oversee the care of residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health and wellbeing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
