Lead Recovery Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Recovery Nurse to join our dynamic theatre team at a leading hospital in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, communicating effectively with colleagues and patients, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

About the Role
  • Deliver individualised patient care in the theatre team
  • Communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow policies and procedures to achieve clinical excellence
  • Support newly qualified nurses and advocate for best practices
  • Adapt to changing business needs with flexibility
Package and Benefits
  • Annual salary: £43,000 - £49,000
  • Welcome bonus available

Requirements
  • NMC/HCPC registration
  • Over 3 years of recovery experience
  • ALS qualification (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
