Recovery Support Worker

In this rewarding role, you will work with individuals to develop a personal support plan that will see them achieve their goals and aspirations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners. A driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the nature of the role. We offer excellent training and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, pro rata.
In this role, you will work within a supportive team environment, providing guidance and support to individuals to help them maintain their tenancy and independence in the community. You will also be responsible for accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities, and developing domestic and finance management skills.
