Opportunity Overview
We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Recovery Coach at our women's-only residential service in Oxfordshire. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting recovery and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that prioritize the needs of our clients are essential.

A competitive salary of £26,750 is on offer, with potential for annual increments up to £30,750, dependent on performance. A comprehensive benefits package includes clinical supervision, 25 days' annual leave (increasing to 30 days), free car parking, and access to a dedicated learning management system.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and guidance to clients in their recovery journey
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Utilise evidence-based practice and research to inform coaching approaches
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies to ensure continuity of care
