ODP Qualified Lead for Theatre Recovery

We are seeking an experienced ODP Qualified Lead to join our client's team in the outskirts of Oxford. This permanent role offers an excellent salary range and a wide range of benefits.

About the Role

As a Theatre Recovery Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-standard individualised patient care and leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care, developing and implementing recovery protocols to enhance patient safety and outcomes, and maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified ODP to take on a leadership role and motivate their team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements
  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 years' UK theatre recovery experience
  • ALS qualification desirable
