Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Nurse or Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our team. As a Wellbeing Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering wellbeing clinics in the community, providing Blood Borne Virus testing and vaccination, supporting the management of community detoxifications, and other harm reduction and well-being interventions.

You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team with Doctors, Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, Support Workers, Counsellors, and Peer Mentors to improve the well-being of service users. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prescribing for service users in receipt of opiate substitute medication and managing community alcohol detoxes
  • Delivering wellbeing clinics in the community, providing Blood Borne Virus testing and vaccination
  • Supporting the management of community detoxifications and other harm reduction and well-being interventions
