This role requires a Social Worker with a strengths-based approach, who can develop and implement individualised plans to promote the wellbeing and independence of service users.
About This Position
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A professional Social Work qualification
- Professional registration with Social Work England
- Experience in adult safeguarding, including S42 enquiries, MSP, and the Care Act (2014)
- Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
- Sound decision-making abilities within a risk enablement framework
- Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced, complex environment
