Job Title: Lead Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Neurodevelopmental Conditions (NDC) Service at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the assessment, planning, monitoring, and review of care needs for children and young people with mental health needs.
  • To manage case coordination to ensure high-quality care is delivered consistently.
  • To work closely with young people, their families, and the wider care team to provide tailored support within each individual's environment.

Requirements:

  • A qualified mental health nurse with a passion for working with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Proven experience in managing complex cases and delivering high-quality care.
