We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children and young people who have experienced sexual harm, providing expert psychological therapy and support.

Our team takes a formulation-based approach to delivering evidence-based interventions that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each young person. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop clear Care Plans that mitigate risks and vulnerabilities, while also identifying and building on strengths and protective factors.

We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for ongoing training and supervision in trauma-informed care and practice. As a valued member of our team, you will receive regular clinical and management supervision, as well as the chance to share your expertise with other professionals through training and supervision.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families, providing expert psychological therapy and support to help them overcome the challenges of sexual harm.
