Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd as a Mental Health Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs in a specialist school based in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children with behaviour and mental health issues in a primary phase setting
* Work alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists to provide child-centred support
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support children's mental health

Requirements:

* Graduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology (or a related field)
* Experience working with children with complex needs (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
