Director of Operations - Oxford Leisure Centre

Estimated salary: up to £32,000 basic and £40,000 OTE.

This exciting leadership opportunity is perfect for someone with extensive experience in managing high-volume F&B operations and people management. As Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Oxford-based leisure centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellence in customer service.
  • Team Management: Direct and develop a team of managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational centre.
  • Commercial: Develop and execute business strategies to boost revenue.
  • Financial: Manage budgets, banking, and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume F&B operations.
  • Significant experience in people management and key holder roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
