**Job Overview:**

Oxford Pride is a charity that serves the LGBTQ+ community in Oxford. We are seeking a Charitable Leadership Expert to join our Board of Trustees and contribute to our strategic decision-making process.

As a Charitable Leadership Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic guidance to the Management Committee on matters related to governance, risk management, and financial management.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with our charitable objectives.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This is a voluntary position, with expenses only reimbursed. We estimate the time commitment to be around 5-10 hours per month.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (pro rata)

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
