The Head of Aircraft Management plays a pivotal role at Leading Edge Aviation, ensuring the safe delivery of professional pilot training across all locations. This position is responsible to the applicable National Approvals Authority for maintaining high standards of training and safety.

This individual will lead the Flight Safety team, championing safe behaviour on the ground and in the air. They will be responsible for the company Safety Management System, encouraging participation from everyone involved in flying activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Flight Safety team to ensure compliance with Leading Edge Aviation's Safety Policies;
  • Develop and implement the company Safety Management System;
  • Maintain all approvals as issued by the NAA(s) for flight training programs;
  • Ensure all training meets regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Line manage the Training Management team, including instructors and students;

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as extensive experience in training and aviation. The successful candidate will have a professional pilot license and associated ratings or certificates issued in accordance with Part-FCL.
