B1.3 Licensed Engineer Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled B1.3 Licensed Engineer to join our team at CV-Library in Oxford, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our aircraft and completing complex maintenance tasks on airframe structure, power plant, mechanical, and electrical systems.
About the Team:
You will be working closely with a team of experienced maintenance fitters and supervisors who share your passion for aviation and commitment to excellence. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain aircraft by performing inspections and repairs as directed by supervisors.
- Lead a team to ensure safe operation of aircraft.
- Complete maintenance tasks on airframe structure, power plant, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Replace avionic units and perform simple tests to verify their serviceability.
- Supervise maintenance fitters and certify their work.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of hangar, including aircraft movement and general upkeep.
- Be flexible to meet company and customer needs.
- Possess Part 66 B1.3 Licence.
- Candidates without licence but with extensive experience and studying for licence will also be considered.
Requirements:
- B1.3 Licence or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
