Job Overview:
Aircraft Scheduler with Leading Edge Aviation.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Aircraft Scheduler. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for creating and publishing daily flying schedules on Private Radar by 1400 on the day prior, ensuring that flight time limitations are met.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and project manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will work closely with our Flight Training Admin team to ensure timely and accurate booking of ground exams and flight tests, and liaise with our Operations Manager regarding aircraft maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and publish daily flying schedules on Private Radar
* Monitor student progress throughout flight training and highlight any issues affecting progress to the CFI/Head of Training
* Liaise with Flight Training Admin to book ground exams and flight tests
* Liaise with Operations Manager regarding aircraft maintenance requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong IT skills, particularly competent in Microsoft Office databases
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Safety conscious and independent approach with problem-solving skills
* Understanding of aviation and course syllabus

Salary and Benefits:
$65,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
