The Role

">

We are seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our aircraft meet the highest standards of quality and airworthiness.

Your Responsibilities

">

In this role, you will work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with company quality and regulatory airworthiness standards. This includes certifying servicing and maintenance tasks, ensuring technical staff perform duties safely and correctly, and controlling aircraft documentation. You will also be responsible for motivating and encouraging staff, promoting open reporting in a just culture, and deputising for Senior Engineers as required during absence.
