Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd are partnering with a rapidly growing Life Sciences business in Oxfordshire to recruit an ESG Leadership Role, a newly created position. This critical role will drive the company's sustainability agenda from process setup and reporting to providing a best-in-class experience.

This position requires 3-4 days on-site presence in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate has previous experience as an established Sustainability Manager in a scale-up or growth environment, working closely with senior leadership, investors, and all aspects of the business.

Estimated salary: £72,500 per annum, with excellent benefits including bonus. The key responsibilities include leading the ESG strategy and direction across global entities, deploying workshops, training, and events to educate internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Key Performance Indicators to produce bespoke reporting for internal and external purposes, producing sustainability reporting with geographical focus, developing a framework to obtain relevant ESG accreditations and certifications, and acting as the go-to person for ESG legislation and practices.
