Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading a team of accountants and supporting their professional development
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Developing and implementing financial planning strategies
  • Monitoring and maintaining high-quality records
  • Mentoring and coaching more junior staff members

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • At least 7 years' experience in UK practice
  • Previous experience operating at Senior Manager or equivalent level
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • A strong ability to motivate and develop team members
