About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in our Paediatric Critical Care team. The role involves providing clinical leadership and ensuring that high standards of nursing care are delivered to critically ill children.
You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric critical care, with experience in providing individualised care to critically ill children.
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is required, along with a valid NMC registration.
Salary: approximately £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include opportunities for career development, education, and pension schemes.
