Nurse Manager Role in Paediatrics

We require an experienced and caring Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team in the Oxford area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and developing personalized care plans for children and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of paediatric nursing and experience working with children with complex needs. They should possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others and have up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
The salary for this position is approximately £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 33 days' holiday, a private pension scheme, business travel expenses, and an excellent Learning and Development programme.
