Children's Nurse Specialist Leader

We are seeking an experienced RSCN to lead our paediatric team as a Children's Nurse Specialist Leader. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Job Summary:- Lead a team of RSCNs in providing care to children and their families
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain packages of care
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and progress
- Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum (DOE), with additional benefits including a £3,000 car allowance, 2 days of remote work per week, and 33 days of annual leave.
