Paediatric Nurse Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paediatric Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to children and their families in the Oxford area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our paediatric care services, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide face-to-face support to children and their families, addressing their complex care needs and promoting independence.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paediatric Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with expertise in child and adolescent healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
What We Offer:
