Paediatric Ward Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced children's nurse to join our team as a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse on the Children's Day Care Ward. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the delivery of compassionate excellence in patient care.

As a key member of the ward team, you will be responsible for managing the team, including appraisal, mentorship, and education, as well as identifying development needs. You will also be involved in coordinating shifts, maintaining safe care, and promoting best clinical practice.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
