About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled sales leader to join our team at Oxford University Press. As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive growth and meet financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets. They will also possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.
This role requires international travel, with approximately six trips per year, and offers a competitive salary, private medical insurance, a car allowance, and a management bonus or sales bonus.
