SEN Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. This permanent, full-time position starting in January 2025 offers an exciting opportunity to create a successful learning environment for pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Main Responsibilities

The SEN Teacher will develop and implement specialist interventions and strategies to support pupils with SEN needs. This will involve leading the development of a bespoke provision, overseeing ASD/Communication and Interaction interventions, and directing the work of the Teaching Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a tailored provision for pupils with SEN needs.
  • Oversee ASD/Communication and Interaction interventions across the school.
  • Direct the Teaching Assistant and collaborate with key staff members.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
