Job Title: SEN Teacher Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher to join our outstanding team in Oxfordshire.

This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement specialist interventions and strategies to support pupils with SEN needs, ensuring positive outcomes and fostering mainstream integration opportunities.
  • Work closely with colleagues to lead the development of a bespoke provision for pupils with SEN needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with ASD and Communication and Interaction needs. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning and provision of specialist ASD/Communication and Interaction interventions across the whole school.
  2. Direct the work of the Teaching Assistant and liaise with the SENCO, Trust Lead SRP Teachers, and Trust Director of SEN.
  3. Provide formal and informal training, development, and support to school staff to enhance their understanding and strategies for supporting SEN pupils.
