We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As an SEN Intervention Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing interventions and strategies to support pupils with ASD and Communication and Interaction needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement bespoke interventions and strategies to support SEN pupils">
  • Work closely with colleagues to lead the development of a specialist provision for SEN needs">
  • Liaise with Trust Director of SEN, Trust Lead SRP Teachers, and SENCO to ensure seamless support">
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff understanding and strategies for supporting SEN pupils">

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and well-being of our pupils.
