Clinical Lead Mental Health Professional

Kcare Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Mental Health Professional to join our team in a prison setting.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing interventions to support the mental health needs of our clients. Your experience in secure settings and current vetting access are essential for this role.
We estimate that the salary for this position is approximately £43,000 - £53,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Manage a caseload of clients with complex mental health needs
- Provide interventions and therapies to support client recovery
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience working in secure settings
- Current vetting access
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
