Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, delivering intensive community support to young people and their families as an alternative to hospital admission.

With a focus on maximizing the use of new technology and providing care close to home, our service aims to reduce admissions, length of stay, waiting times, and provide earlier discharge from inpatient care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the care pathway and offering a bespoke service where children and young people receive the appropriate intensity of support but in their own communities.

  • Supporting young people and their families experiencing mental health issues
  • Deliivering evidence-based interventions in clinic and in the community
  • Working alongside a range of practitioners to develop individualized models of care
