Clinical Support Specialist

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country, providing a wide range of general and specialist clinical services.
The Transformation Unit is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to support Patient Pathway Administrators with all elements of the patient pathway from ERS referrals to clinic booking and processing correspondence.
This role will provide professional, comprehensive, and effective administration support services to the administration, clinical, and wider teams.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Patient Pathway Administrators
- Process correspondence and clinic bookings
- Support the administration, clinical, and wider teams
Requirements:
- Admin Experience
- Good standard of Education (5 GCSE's including English & Maths)
- IT Competency
- Medical Terminology
- EPR Trained
