About the Role:

Clinical Selection is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Specialist to drive sales of medical simulation products to NHS hospitals and universities across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the NHS and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including medical school faculty, simulation lab directors, and NHS procurement teams
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of medical simulation products
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions

Requirements:
• Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or education sectors
• Strong understanding of the NHS procurement process and the needs of medical schools and universities
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not essential
