We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to various consultants on an ongoing temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing all enquiries and correspondence
  • Providing day-to-day administration services
  • Typing letters and reports as required
  • Coordinating diary management for individual consultants
  • Greeting customers and clients
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Booking appointments

Excellent organisational skills, meeting deadlines, and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential. Prior experience in a medical background is desirable but not essential.

Key Requirements
  • Hourly Pay Rate: £14.50
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:30pm
