Senior Bioassay Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioassay Specialist to join our team at CK Group in Oxford, UK.

This is a permanent opportunity to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of new cancer treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic R&D goals by performing and qualifying bioassays and clinical samples under GCLP/GCP guidelines.
  • Manage and perform sample processing, including bioassay development, validation experiments, and patient sample analysis.
  • Deliver biomarker lab data for clinical trials in a timely manner.
Background Requirements:
  • Degree qualified (MSc/PhD) with industry experience in clinical bioassay validation, analysis, and clinical sample management.
  • Up-to-date GCLP certifications.
  • Hands-on sample management expertise, including technical experience with cell culture, qPCR, RNA/DNA extractions, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
  • In-vivo work experience, preferably within oncology (e.g., mice bearing human tumors) and working with patient samples.
