Bioassay Development Specialist

In Oxford, we are recruiting for a Senior Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be fully on-site and is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Bioassay Development Specialist, you will contribute to our strategic R&D goals by performing bioassay development, validation experiments, and patient sample analysis under GCLP. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and validating bioassays and clinical samples
- Managing and performing sample processing
- Delivering biomarker lab data for clinical trials on time
Your Background
We are looking for a degree-qualified (MSc/PhD) professional with industry experience in clinical bioassay validation, analysis, and clinical sample management. You should have up-to-date GCLP certifications, hands-on sample management expertise, and technical experience in cell culture, qPCR, RNA/DNA extractions, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
- Degree qualification in a relevant field (MSc/PhD)
- Industry experience in clinical bioassay validation and analysis
- GCLP certification
