The CK Group is currently seeking a talented Senior Bioassay Technician to join their team in Oxford. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the development, qualification, and validation of bioassays and clinical samples under GCLP/GCP.">

You will be working as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop new cancer treatments and contribute to the translation of early-stage oncolytic virus products through to clinical development.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Performing bioassay development, validation experiments, and patient sample analysis under GCLP
  • Managing and performing sample processing
  • Delivering biomarker lab data for clinical trials in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

">
  • Degree-qualified candidate with industry experience in clinical bioassay validation, analysis, and clinical sample management
  • Up-to-date GCLP certifications
  • Hands-on sample management expertise and technical experience on cell culture, qPCR, RNA/DNA extractions, ELISA, and cell-based assays
  • In-vivo work experience, ideally within oncology, and working with patient samples (desirable)
