Job Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Cell Culture Automation Specialist to join our growing team at Cranleigh Scientific Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated methods and workflows for cell culture applications.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in life sciences or biotechnology, with experience in laboratory automation and programming. You will be working with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including Hamilton STAR series liquid handlers.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and implement automated workflows and methods for cell culture applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement automation solutions.
  • Program and troubleshoot automated equipment and workflows.
  • Author controlled documentation and provide training to other team members.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in laboratory automation.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
