Job Title: Senior Bioassay Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioassay Technician to join our team at CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical in Oxford. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development, validation, and qualification of bioassays and clinical samples.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, validate, and qualify bioassays and clinical samples under GCLP.
  • Manage and perform sample processing activities.
  • Deliver timely biomarker lab data for clinical trials.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree qualification (MSc/PhD) with industry experience in clinical bioassay validation, analysis, and clinical sample management. Up-to-date GCLP certifications and hands-on sample management expertise are essential. Technical experience in cell culture, qPCR, RNA/DNA extractions, ELISA, and cell-based assays is required, while in-vivo work experience within oncology and working with patient samples is desirable.
