Role Overview:
">The CK Group is recruiting for a Senior Bioassay Technician to join their growing biotechnology company in Oxford. This permanent role will involve working on-site and taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
">About the Job:
">This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic R&D goals, supporting and performing in the development, qualification, validation of bioassays and clinical samples under GCLP/GCP.
">Your Responsibilities:
">- Performing bioassay development, validation experiments and patient sample analysis under GCLP
- Management and performance of sample processing
- Timely delivery of biomarker lab data for clinical trials
Your Background:
">We are looking for a degree-qualified candidate with industry experience in clinical bioassay validation, analysis, and clinical sample management. Up-to-date GCLP certifications are also required.
">Desirable Skills:
">- Hands-on sample management expertise
- Technical experience on cell culture, qPCR, RNA/DNA extractions, ELISA and cell-based assays
- In-vivo work experience, ideally within oncology (e.g., mice bearing human tumours) and working with patient samples
