We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our clinical rehabilitation team as a Clinical Rehabilitation Professional. This role involves managing a caseload, planning and undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions with support from senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate goals/clinical objectives with patients/carers/relatives and other health professionals.
  • Maintain patient records and statistics in line with Trust standards.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or be in the last 6 months of your studies. You must also have HCPC registration and relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
