About the Role:

Clinical Selection is seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of medical simulation products to NHS hospitals and universities across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the NHS and academic institutions.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including medical school faculty, simulation lab directors, and NHS procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of medical simulation products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS procurement process and the needs of medical schools and universities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not essential.
