About the Role:

This part-time (40 hours per week) remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our clinical management team and contribute to the development of our service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality services. They will be responsible for overseeing the clinical management of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and attending clinical management meetings and community events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical management of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Attend clinical management meetings and community events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

In addition to their clinical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, allowing them to effectively lead teams and manage projects.

Estimated salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum based on location and experience.
