Salary: £26,500 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
  • Lead shifts and ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents with daily living activities
  • Mentor new support workers through induction and training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Detailed understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges
  • Good knowledge of current approaches to mental health practice
