Clinical Leader for Forensic Mental Health Services

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Leader for Forensic Mental Health Services. As a ward manager, you will be responsible for leading a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team in a medium secure service for people with a learning disability.
Our ward operates within a framework of Positive Behavioural Support, and we strive to provide education and rehabilitation to individuals who are 18 years or older. We use the Good Lives Model of Care to deliver high-quality care, and our team works closely with patients, families, and carers to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the needs of users of forensic mental health services, legal frameworks, and delivering mental health nursing within secure settings. They should also have experience in leadership roles, quality improvement projects, and managing change.
We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, plus additional benefits such as annual leave, lease car scheme, and cycle to work scheme. If you are passionate about leading teams and making a difference in the lives of our patients, please apply for this role.
