Mental Health Clinical Director

Harris Hill Ltd is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinical Director to oversee the clinical management of clients and ensure high-quality services. This part-time (40 hours per week) remote role involves occasional travel to Oxford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical oversight on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the BACP Ethical Framework.
- Ensuring adequate supervision for all client-facing staff.
- Attending clinical management meetings and community events.
- Additional Duties:
- Managing steps in the complaints process.
- Supporting relationships with training organisations.
About this role:
This position combines clinical leadership, safeguarding, and team management to ensure effective mental health services while adhering to ethical standards.
We are looking for an immediately available candidate with the necessary skills and experience, who can start in January. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
