As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you will lead shifts, manage medication, delegate tasks, monitor health & safety, and mentor support workers. Your positive impact on residents' lives will be evident in the varied and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and delegating tasks
- Managing medication and incidents
- Mentoring support workers and maintaining a safe working environment
Your dedication and passion for empowering individuals with mental health needs will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Salary: £26,500 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, including bank holidays.
