Wayman Education is seeking an outstanding Educational Support Teacher to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEN, particularly those with ASD and Communication and Interaction needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement individualized curriculum plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil">
  • Work closely with colleagues to lead the development of a specialist provision for SEN needs">
  • Liaise with Trust Director of SEN, Trust Lead SRP Teachers, and SENCO to ensure seamless support">
  • Provide formal and informal training and development opportunities to enhance staff understanding and strategies for supporting SEN pupils">

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and well-being of our pupils.
