Oxfordshire SEN Teacher Role

Primary Teaching Role: Step Teachers is seeking a highly skilled SEND Teacher to join our network of educators. This role involves teaching an alternate provision class and presents an opportunity for ongoing supply work with potential for continued employment beyond the initial period.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to meet individual student needs
- Monitor and record student progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with developments in SEND policy and best practice
Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent), possess recent experience teaching at a Primary School level, and demonstrate a strong ability to work with students with SEND. Good classroom and behaviour management skills are crucial for this position.
