AECOM is a leading global infrastructure consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions to clients in the built environment, transportation, and energy sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Leadership Professional to join our London Project Management Team.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their successful delivery while continuing to develop their specialized knowledge. This role involves overseeing significant phases of projects, guiding junior team members, and fostering client and consultant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project delivery on commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to business growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives, and champion a positive, high-performance team culture.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in project management within the built environment or construction industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and good client relationship management.

Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
